    As it was my first time visiting for breakfast, it seemed to be quite a charming little place. Sat down upstairs and was shortly greeted with our order taken. We asked the waitress if we could make a substitution on the full breakfast and replace a few items that we are not keen on with a hash brown instead. She replied to us no problem and our order soon came out with 2 extra on each plate and what we didn't want taken off. After we finished our meals we sat waiting for awhile to have our plates cleared and for some water. We walked to the counter to settle our bill and saw that there were 4 additional charges for extra hash browns at .95p each, that we were told would be replaced as a substitute. We refused to pay for all 4 and agreed that 2 would be fair, as it was told to us they would be substituted (we shouldn't have been charged for any!). In the overall look of it, we would have liked to been informed that there would be an additional charge so we could have kept it in consideration instead of being charged for something that was told to us it was a possible substitution. Unfortunately, we will not be returning or passing on good reviews to anyone.
